Delivery Timelines (India)
Most addresses are delivered in 5–8 working days, depending on location and factors like public holidays or extreme weather. In rare cases—such as limited availability or operational delays—delivery may take up to 2 weeks. For parts of Jammu & Kashmir and North‑East India, please allow up to 10 working days.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships. If you don’t receive it within 48 hours of placing the order, write to us at dreyaarcare@gmail.com and we’ll resend it.
Courier Partners
Deliveries are routed by pin code through Delhivery, Xpressbees, Blue Dart, or Ecom Express.
Marked “Delivered” But Not Received
Occasionally, parcels are received by family members, neighbours, flatmates, or an office mailroom. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t have the package, notify us within 48 hours of the delivery notification. We’ll open an investigation with the courier and resolve it; genuine cases are refunded in full after verification (this process can take up to 10 working days). After the 48‑hour window, it becomes difficult to take action and we may not be liable for losses.
