Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
We dispatch within 24–48 working hours.
How long does delivery take?
Most Indian addresses receive orders in 5–8 working days.

In some rare cases (holidays, extreme weather, operational delays, limited availability), delivery can take up to 2 weeks.

For parts of Jammu & Kashmir and the North‑East, please allow up to 10 working days.
How do I track my order?
We email a tracking link the moment your order ships. If you don’t see it within 48 hours of placing the order, email us and we’ll resend it.
Which couriers do you use?
We route by pincode through Delhivery, Xpressbees, Blue Dart, or Ecom Express.
Tracking says “delivered” but I haven’t received the package. What do I do?
Sometimes parcels are received by a family member, neighbour, flatmate, or an office mailroom. If you still can’t locate it, tell us within 48 hours of the delivery notification. We’ll open an investigation with the courier—genuine cases are refunded in full after verification (this process can take up to 10 working days). After the 48‑hour window, it becomes difficult to take action and we may not be liable.
Sizing & Fit
How do I choose my size in the Oversized T‑Shirt?
Go true‑to‑size for a classic oversized look, size up for extra drape, size down for a neater relaxed fit. For precision, lay your favourite tee flat, measure chest (1" below armhole) and length (shoulder to hem), then match our Size Guide.
Do you offer extended sizes?
Yes—our Oversized Tee runs from XS to 7XL (subject to availability).
How exact are the measurements?
Small variations of ±0.5" (±1.3 cm) can occur. That’s normal in apparel production.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s the window to raise a request?
Please email us within 7 days of delivery (including the day it arrives). We can assist only if informed in this window.
What qualifies for an exchange?

Size issue or wrong product received → exchange available for the same value.

We arrange the reverse pickup and there are no extra charges for qualifying exchanges.

Want something of higher value? Pay the difference online.
What condition should the item be in?

Unworn and unwashed

Original sticker/label attached

Properly folded and securely packed so it isn’t damaged in transit
Requests that don’t meet these conditions can’t be processed.
How many times can I exchange?
We process one exchange/return request per order.
Are sale or discount‑code purchases eligible?
Items bought during a sale or with a discount code are not eligible for a refund. (Exchanges follow the standard terms above, subject to availability.)
Refunds
When do you issue a refund?
Refunds are issued only for genuine cases of defective products delivered and on no other grounds. Email us with your Order ID, a short note, and clear photos of the defect.
What about non‑defect returns?
In rare, exceptional cases where we accept a return despite correct delivery and no defect, ₹100 will be deducted to cover reverse‑pickup logistics.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are made to the original payment method or to the bank account you provide.
Quality & Colour
Will the colour or design look exactly like the photos?
Minor differences can occur due to lighting, screens, and print runs. Returns/refunds aren’t possible for slight variations.
What if the delivered package looks damaged?
Please do not accept a visibly damaged package at the door. Refuse it and tell us—we’ll sort it out.
What if the defect is due to misuse or handling?
If our verification shows the issue occurred due to customer handling, we’re unable to offer a refund.
