Every piece is reviewed by human eyes and steady hands. We look for:

• Even stitching and a neat finish

• Print clarity and placement that sits right

• Consistent sizing against our size guide

• Fabric feel and fall that match the design

• Clean packing so it reaches you in good shape

Your Experience, Day One to Day 100
Expect a soft hand‑feel from the start, a shape that holds, and colors close to what you saw online (minor screen‑to‑screen differences are natural). If something feels off, tell us—we’ll fix it.

If We Miss, We Make It Right
On the rare chance a defect slips through, we’ll make it right—quickly and clearly. Write to us within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID and a few photos. Genuine defects are refunded or replaced after verification. We keep it kind, clear, and quick.

Care That Keeps It Perfect
Good care = longer life. Wash inside out, use mild detergent, avoid harsh bleach, dry in shade, and iron on low if needed. Small habits, big difference.

• Don’t accept a visibly damaged package—refuse it and tell us.

• Slight variations in color/print can happen across screens and batches; that’s normal.

• Used or washed items can’t be exchanged or refunded.
