Exchange & Return policy
How to raise a request (within 7 days)
Email dreyaarcare@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery (including the day it arrives).
Please include:

Order ID (from your confirmation email)

Issue in a line or two (size/wrong item/defect)

Photos if you received a defective or wrong product

Preferred size if you’re requesting an exchange

What’s eligible

Exchanges/returns are accepted only when we’re informed within 7 days of delivery.

Size issue or wrong product received → exchange available. We’ll replace it with the correct size/product of the same value. No extra charges, and we’ll arrange the reverse pickup.

Want to exchange for an item of higher value? Pay the difference online.
Condition of the item
To process an exchange/return, the product must:

Have the original sticker label attached

Be unused and unwashed
-
Be properly folded and securely packed to avoid transit damage
If these conditions aren’t met, we won’t be able to process the request.
Refunds (limited cases)

We issue refunds only for genuine cases of defective products delivered and on no other grounds.

Email us at dreyaarcare@gmail.com with your Order ID, a brief note on the issue, and clear photographs of the defect.

In rare, exceptional cases where a return is accepted despite correct delivery and no defect, ₹100 will be deducted to cover reverse‑pickup logistics.

Refunds are made to the original payment method or the bank account you provide.
Colour & design variation
Slight variations in colour or design can occur due to lighting, screens, and print runs. Returns or refunds aren’t possible for minor variations.
Important notes

Do not accept a damaged package at delivery—please refuse it and inform us.

If our verification shows the defect occurred due to misuse or handling, a refund won’t be possible.

We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges if the merchandise doesn’t qualify.

One exchange/return request will be processed per order.

Used/washed products cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Items bought during a sale or with a discount code aren’t eligible for refund.

Free exchange on size issues; no refunds on size issues.
